By participating in the Cone Reseller & Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Partner”) agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization (if applicable). Cone reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Promotion & Branding

You may promote Cone using approved materials and must represent our brand professionally. Do not mislead customers or modify Cone’s brand assets without written permission.

3. Commission & Payment

Commissions are paid on eligible referrals or sales based on the current program structure. Payouts are made monthly, subject to a minimum threshold and valid payment information. Cone may adjust rates with 30 days’ notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use spam or deceptive practices

Bid on Cone-branded keywords in ads without approval

Misrepresent Cone or make false claims

Violation may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of commissions.

5. Term & Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may leave the Program at any time. Cone may terminate your participation for any reason, including policy violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Participation is at your own risk.

7. Modifications

Cone may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
